Hiking Hounds :: Dog Walking Service

Welcome to Hiking Hounds,

My name is Chris and I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to Hiking Hounds and the services I provide.

As you can see from the picture on the right I have two little monsters of my own, Millie and Pepper, and I know first hand how difficult it is to mix good animal care along with the everyday personal and professional responsibilities that take up so much of our time.

This is where I step in to help by providing services which can take away the stresses and strains of dog ownership. Meaning that on your return from work, or a day out, there is one less thing to worry about. The result is, you can enjoy time together with your family and your four legged friend.

My main service is dog walking, this consists of a good energetic walk (usually for an hour) in the surrounding area, ensuring that your dog is not left at home all day alone and he or she can stretch their legs, this is usually done with a group allowing the dogs to socialise and play. On return to the home fresh water will be left and food can be topped up if required contributing to a better way of life for your dog.

Full liability insurance
Dogs can be walked on or off the lead depending on owner's preference.
Dogs of all ages
Basic training can be undertaken upon request
Pet taxi service is also available on request (this however may be limited service)
